Step 1:Submit the complete
ANSAA Annual Accredited School's Compliance Report by September 15th. |
Step 2:Mail a copy of the
Membership Application and Fees to the ANSAA office. |
Step 3:Send the written report from the school's last accreditation site visit using the provided template by
June 15th. |
2025-26 Forms (Microsoft Excel Format) Instructions:
All forms have some deletions and/or additions. Please do not alter the forms to fit a different format and make sure all forms used have a 2025-2026 header. All forms are contained in one Excel spreadsheet (see the tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet).
STEP 1: The complete ANSAA Annual Accredited School's Compliance Report (Excel Forms) must be submitted electronically by September 15th to [email protected].
STEP 2: ANSAA Accredited Schools must mail a copy of the “Accredited Schools Annual Membership Application & Fees” page from the Excel Electronic Annual Report along with applicable payments to the ANSAA office.
STEP 3: The written report addressing the school's major recommendations from the school’s last accreditation site visit must be sent annually using the provided template. The report deadline is June 15th.
