All the individual forms needed for the 2024-2025 ANSAA Annual Report are listed on the "Accredited Schools" or "Associate Schools" tab along with detailed instructions. Forms are available in an Excel spreadsheet for both Associate and Accredited Schools. If you have trouble with the forms, contact the ANSAA office (479-246-0032) for more detailed instructions. For more information on filling out the forms, check the ANSAA Newsletter attached with your August e-mail from the ANSAA office.
