Life Way Christian School is a Pre-K through 12th grade school located in Centerton. Arkansas, near Bentonville, in the beautiful northwest corner of the state. The school is a ministry of First Baptist Church Centerton.
The position of Secondary Principal works directly with grades 7-12. The secondary enrollment for 2026-27 is expected to be approximately 280 students. The total enrollment will near 630.
The Secondary Principal is part of a 4-person administrative team that includes a Pre-K director, Elementary principal, and Head of School.
The Secondary Principal is responsible for providing Christian leadership for the secondary grades and oversees the overall operations of the secondary school, as well as leading in other areas of the school working together with the administrative team.
Duties include, but are not limited to, enrolling students and families, recruiting and interviewing teachers, evaluating staff, curriculum selection and development, professional development of teachers and staff, scheduling, and student discipline and supervision.

As a small Christian school, we expect our employees to be flexible and help in other areas as needs arise and time is available. For example, at times our school counselors have taught a class and/or helped with various school activities, and assisted with our Learning Enrichment Center.
