Position Overview:
The Director of Admissions plays a key leadership role in advancing Pulaski Academy’s mission, core values, and long-term enrollment health. Reporting to the Assistant Head of School for Enrollment Management, the Director of Admissions supports the full enrollment lifecycle—attraction, engagement, enrollment, and onboarding—ensuring a relationship-driven, high-touch experience for families at every stage.
This individual serves as a brand ambassador for the school and contributes to strategic enrollment initiatives and operational excellence to strengthen Pulaski Academy’s position in a competitive independent school market. The Director of Admissions serves as a collaborative leader and ambassador within the Office of Enrollment Management, modeling professionalism, warmth, and cultural competency.
A relational, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking professional, the Director of Admissions embraces innovation, operational rigor, and continuous improvement in service of the school’s mission, reputation, and long-term sustainability.

The Position:
Episcopal Collegiate School, a coed independent school for students in PreK through twelfth grade, seeks a strategic, collaborative, and mission-driven Director of Development to guide the School’s strategic fundraising efforts and help secure the financial resources required to maximize educational impact for every student. Reporting to the Head of School, the Development Director will be a key member of the leadership team and oversee a team of two.  The anticipated start date is Spring, 2026.
